1. Introduction

These Terms set out the rights and obligations between you and Anzir Lanka Enterprises in relation to your use of our Services. They apply whether you access Services as a guest or via a registered account.

2. Services Provided

We provide tools to create, manage, and share digital business cards via web links, QR codes, and NFC-enabled cards. Cards may include contact details, social links, images, logos and other information you choose to display. We also offer optional analytics and tracking features to help you view engagement metrics for your cards.

Note: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanence of hosted content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our Services. By using the Services you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Account Registration

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. NFC Card Usage

• When you purchase or activate an NFC card from us, it will be linked to your digital card profile.
• You are solely responsible for the content associated with your NFC card and for how you share it.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all NFC-capable devices or operating systems. Device limitations, hardware, and user settings can affect performance.
• If your NFC card is lost or stolen, you must deactivate it immediately via your account or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to refuse to reprogram or replace NFC cards that have been tampered with or used in violation of these Terms.

6. QR Code Scanning

• Your digital card can include a QR code for sharing information quickly. Anyone who scans the QR code will be able to view the linked information.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized sharing, copying, or publishing of your QR code by third parties.
• QR code performance depends on the scanning device, lighting, print quality (if printed), and camera focus.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use NFC cards, QR codes, or our Services for spam, phishing, fraud, or any malicious activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent the security or integrity of our Services.

9. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Services.

Our Content: All trademarks, service marks, software, designs and intellectual property used to provide the Services remain the property of Anzir Lanka Enterprises.

10. Payment & Billing

Fees apply for premium features, subscriptions, or physical NFC cards and will be charged according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may update pricing and will provide notice of material changes.

12. Third-Party Links

Digital cards may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and access to Services that violate these Terms or are engaged in illegal or abusive activities. You may terminate your account by contacting support or following account deletion steps in your settings.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for data loss, device compatibility issues, or unauthorized access to your cards or content.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anzir Lanka Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
